Folks, there’s much more to be concerned about with the health care reform bill than just federal abortion coverage. National Right to Life has an analysis:
Senior citizens’ ability to use their own money, if they choose, to avoid involuntary denial of medical treatment under Medicare could be severely limited.

State commissioners of the new health insurance exchanges created by the bill would be given power to deny people who are trying to obtain policies in the exchange the option of choosing health plans less likely to deny treatment, by limiting what they would be allowed to pay for such policies.

In response to public reaction over the summer denouncing efforts to encourage patients to agree to reject treatment as a way of saving costs, the Senate avoided including the “advance care planning” provisions still in the House bill. Instead, it has sought to achieve a similar result under a different name, Under the title “Shared Decision making,” the bill funds and promotes “patient decision aids” to “help” patients make treatment decisions.
A Medicare Advisory Board is established to force Medicare payments below the rate of medical inflation.

Why Obamacare could result in the early deaths of millions of baby boomers.

Imagine lying in some government-run hospital, hospice or nursing home many years from now. Imagine languishing unattended for days in soiled sheets, suffering from hunger and thirst, covered with bed sores, your flesh aboil with untreated infections. Imagine living in fear of resentful, underpaid health aides who take out their anger on you and abuse you. And imagine spending your final moments on earth in the company of a government health care worker with a syringe, who injects you with a lethal cocktail.

Do you find this hard to imagine? You should. In any civilized country, such things should not happen – ever. But President Obama’s health care proposals have the very real potential to turn this nightmare into a reality for many Americans, according to an in-depth investigation reported in the August edition of Whistleblower magazine, titled “MEDICAL MURDER: Why Obamacare could result in the early deaths of millions of baby boomers.”

Especially vulnerable are the 80 million baby boomers born between 1946 and 1964. “If you belong to that group, take note,” says Richard Poe, author of an August cover story. “Your generation has been targeted for a program of age-based medical rationing such as our country has never before experienced.”

Adds Whistleblower editor David Kupelian, “If this dire end-of-life scenario sounds too awful to be possible, that is only because the reality of Obamacare has not been sufficiently reported. For this is not a fantasy – it is what is already occurring in other ‘civilized’ nations, including Canada and Britain, that have adopted the same government-run system.”

For instance, the cover story, “Medical Murder,” documents how British seniors, under a government-run system, “are routinely denied treatment for cancer, heart disease and other deadly illnesses,” many dying “in filthy, overcrowded hospitals or nursing homes, rife with pestilence, including the deadly, antibiotic-resistant superbugs.” Numerous horror stories of needed medical care intentionally denied reveal the stark reality of government-run health care worldwide.

To a small degree, Obamacare’s ominous implications are starting to leak out. Here’s how columnist Charlotte Allen explained it recently in the Los Angeles Times:
In looking for a way to fund healthcare, Obama has set his eye on the oldest and sickest. You see, according to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, about 30 percent of Medicare spending – nearly $100 billion annually – goes to care for patients during their last year of life. What if there were no ‘last year of life,’ the president seems to be asking. … Why not save billions of dollars by killing off our own unproductive oldsters and terminal patients, or – since we aren’t likely to do that outright in this, the 21st century – why not simply ensure that they die faster by denying them costly medical care? The savings could then subsidize care for the younger and healthier.

And for those who have been paying close attention,** Obama himself has ever-so-gently hinted at his true intentions. At a town hall event in June televised by ABC News, Obama cited the case of his grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, who died on the eve of his election, suggesting one way to cut medical costs would be to stop expensive procedures on people about to die.
Families, Obama said, need better information so they don’t approve “additional tests or additional drugs that the evidence shows is not necessarily going to improve care.” ?? ( my question Mr Obama What about enjoying a better quality and a longer life ?? )

“Maybe you’re better off not having the surgery, but taking the painkiller,” the president offered. (death by morphine injection ?)
Obama was slightly more explicit in a May 3 interview with the New York Times, when he said there ought to be a national “conversation” over whether , society making those decisions to give my grandmother, or everybody else’s aging grandparents or parents, a hip replacement when they’re terminally ill is a sustainable model.” Such decisions, added Obama, shouldn’t be left to patients or their relatives, but to a “group” of “doctors, scientists, ethicists” who are not part of “normal political channels.”

One such elite medical decision-maker would be Obama’s special adviser for health policy, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, brother of Rahm Emanuel. He’s a longtime advocate of “age-weighted medical rationing” – meaning, the older you are, the less care you get, as in Britain.

But what about the Hippocratic Oath, you might ask, the sacred vow doctors have always taken to do all they can to heal their patients? As Whistleblower documents, Emanuel advises doctors to stop taking that oath so literally, and instead to be “prudent” in assessing how much time, effort and money each patient is worth, for the greater good of society.

Anyone who reads Chapter 7 of Agenda 21 and then reads his local comprehensive land-use plan will immediately recognize that most of the provisions of the local land-use plan come directly from Agenda 21. More often than not, the elected officials who adopt these plans have never read Agenda 21, and many have never even heard of the U.N. document, signed by President George H.W. Bush in 1992 and, Bill Clinton signed Executive Order #12858, creating a Presidential Council on ‘Sustainable Development.’ This effectively pushed the UN plan into America’s large, churning government machine without the need for any review or discussion by Congress or the American people.

The facilitators and professional planners have heard about Agenda 21, but frequently claim that the plan they are working on has nothing to do with the U.N. or Agenda 21. Don’t believe it for one minute.
Gary Lawrence, former director of the Center for Sustainable Communities at the University of Washington, and chief planner for the city of Seattle, told an audience in London:
In the case of the U.S., our local authorities are engaged in planning processes consistent with LA21 [Local Agenda 21], but there is little interest in using the LA21 brand. … So, we call our processes something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.

In community after community, the same scenario is repeated. The federal government, through the EPA or the Department of Commerce or the Department of Interior, offers special grants to communities for the purpose of developing a vision for a greener future and a plan to convert the vision into reality.
Typically, the local government will find a private consultant to “facilitate” the process. The facilitator will identify a local “steering committee,” carefully chosen from people who represent various segments of the community, all of whom are known in advance to be sympathetic to the goals of Agenda 21.

Typically, the advisory group will meet in private to lay out the framework for the process and the goals for the finished product. When this is achieved, public meetings are scheduled to give the appearance of public input and ownership. Rarely are these meetings ever publicized adequately to attract the private-property owners who are most directly affected. Care is taken to see that members of local environmental organizations and social-justice organizations constitute the majority of attendees.

These public meetings are said to be “the visioning process.” The procedures vary slightly from community to community, depending upon the facilitator. Remarkably, however, the “vision” in every community contains essentially the same elements: restricted auto traffic; bike trails; walkable neighborhoods; integrated housing; high-density urban boundary zones; conservation areas; green belts; and much more – directly from Agenda 21.

Once the vision document is complete, the next step is to convert it into a comprehensive land-use plan, adopted by local elected officials in the form of an ordinance” that is enforceable with fines and other penalties.” The plans are necessarily so long and complex that few people ever read them, other than the professional planners and enforcement officials

Many, if not most, of these comprehensive plans incorporate many, if not most, of the codes developed by
the International Codes Council. Here are some of the codes:

Here’s a sample of what to expect. From Chapter 2 of the International Green Construction Code:
CONSERVATION AREA. Land designated by the jurisdiction or by state or federal government, as a result of a community planning process, as appropriate for conservation from development because of the land possessing natural values important to the community including, but not limited to wildlife habitat, forest or other significant vegetation, steep slopes, ground water recharge area, riparian corridor or wetland.
DAYLIGHT SATURATION. The percentage of daytime hours throughout the year when not less than 28 foot-candles (300 lux) of natural light is provided at a height of 30 inches (762 mm) above the floor.??
DEMAND RESPONSE, AUTOMATED (AUTO-DR). Fully Automated Demand Response initiated by a signal from a utility or other appropriate entity, providing fully-automated connectivity to customer energy end-use control strategies.

This is a tiny sample of the rules and regulations buried deep within the innocent-sounding comprehensive land-use plans adopted by unaware local officials to achieve the politically correct label of “sustainable community.”
These plans should be rejected, not simply because they arise from the United Nations, but because they infringe personal freedom and private property rights.

The implementation of these comprehensive land-use plans effectively transfers to government the right to dictate to individuals what kind of materials must be used in constructing their privately owned homes.    The Auto-DR provision defined above actually gives government the right to dictate the temperature in your home, and the ability to enforce it.
This is madness! This is sustainable development! This is Agenda 21!
Local tea parties, 9/12 groups and property-rights organizations must learn about Agenda21 and exactly what their local visioning statements and local comprehensive land-use plans contain.

Many groups are forming study committees to analyze their local plans by section and then report back to the entire group. This way, not every individual has to read the entire plan.
If this rush to oblivion is going to be stopped, it is up to private citizens to get informed, get involved and help get into office only those people who truly respect the Constitution and the individual freedom it is supposed to guarantee.

Arizona Senator Judy Burges LD22 – Speaks Against Agenda 21:

I appear before you to address a United Nations program that is designed to change our way of life, our heritage, and our liberties as outlined and protected by our precious Constitution. I testify before you against the seductive evils contained in United Nations Agenda for the Twenty-first Century, or more easily stated: Agenda-21.”It is the duty of a State Legislator (my sworn duty) to always be not only vigilant but suspicious and jealous guardians of the rights of the citizens against encroachments from the federal government;

“The U. N. Agenda-21 program sounds wonderful on face value – sustainability, social justice, equity for the masses; however, the truth contained within this U.N. program depicts something sinister and dark. The plan calls for government to take control of all land use and not leave any of the decision making in the hands of private property owners. It is assumed by the backers of Agenda-21 that people are not good stewards of their land and the government will do a better job if it is in control.   Individual rights are to give way to the needs of the global community as determined by a global governing body – not by local elected representatives like our City Councils, Boards of Supervisors, and even State Legislators.

Another dimension to this U.N. program named the Wild lands Project, spells out how most of the land in our country, our state, is to be set aside for non-humans. Furthermore, this well-orchestrated agenda calls for lowering the standards of living for Americans so people in poorer countries will have more, we will have less, equality will become the new norm, and the redistribution of wealth will be the vehicle by which equality will be achieved.      Furthermore, the contents of this U.N. program reveal that in the future people should be rounded up off their own land and relocated to human settlements close to employment centers and transportation hubs.

“It is time to stop the political correctness that has enveloped our society and bluntly expose the evils contained within this program that already has been launched on an unsuspecting public. It is time for Legislators to step up and be the jealous guardians of the rights of Arizona citizens.

Who Gives Orders To A Four Star General ?????

A source with intimate information about the events that happened on the ground in Benghazi the night the U.S. Consulate and the CIA annex was attacked by terrorists told Breitbart News that, ultimately, only the President of the United States, or someone acting on his authority, could have prevented Special Forces either on the ground or nearby from helping those Americans who were under deadly assault.

According to the source, when the attack on the Consulate occurred, a specific chain of command to gain verbal permission to move special-forces in must have occurred. SOCAFRICA commander Lieutenant Col. Gibson would have contacted a desk officer at the time, asking for that permission.

That desk officer would have called Marine Corps Col. George Bristol, then in command of Joint Special Operations Task Force-Trans Sahara. From there, Bristol would have made contact with Rear Admiral Brian Losey, then Commander of Special Operations Command Africa. Losey would have contacted four-star General Carter Ham, commander of U.S. AFRICOM at the time.

“Ham answers directly to the President of the United States,” said the source. It wasn’t a low-level bureaucrat making the call, the source adamantly added.

That call may have been made early in the engagement. Both Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Martin Dempsey testified in January that they had no further communication with President Barack Obama after an initial briefing in the early hours of the  Benghazi crisis, which continued through the night.

“I have a hard time thinking it was Hillary alone. .? I think in order for her to tell General Ham, ‘No, you’re not going to get involved,’ she would have had to talk to the president. The president would have had to say, ‘No, take your commands from Hillary.’ He would have had said something, because Ham does not work for the Department of State; he works directly for the president,” the source explained.

The lack of clarity surrounding orders given during the Benghazi attacks is a stark contrast to the clarity projected after the successful Osama bin Laden raid in May 2011, when administration officials were keen to attribute responsibility for the orders to the president.

State Department employees Mark Thompson, Gregory Hicks, and Eric Nordstrom are expected to be whistleblower witnesses who will reveal information about State’s reaction to the attacks that has not been released previously.

The American Public Stands Like A Deer In The Headlights

Our own Congress may insanely legalize up to 30 million illegals and jump legal immigration one hundred percent annually – to two million per year. This legislation increases by tens of thousands work visas that take jobs from Americans — and continues chain migration and anchor babies without pause.And still, the American public stands like a bunch of sheep in a pasture waiting to be slaughtered.

Americans remain as stupid and naïve as the humans in “To Serve Man.” Our nation adds 100 million people in 33 years with 70 million of them poorly-educated immigrants from Third World countries. Yet, the American public stands like a deer in the headlights.

Are you sickened by this movie? This nation needs a 10 year moratorium on all immigration. We need to stop this invasion of our nation and destruction of our future.

Dear reader, I don’t know what it’s going to take for you to mobilize yourself, your spouse, your kids, your community, your state, your local-county-state-national politicians — and your country— but it’s well past time to push the “eject-button” to get out of this nightmare.
